Refund/Shipping Policy

Due to the nature of our products, there are NO REFUNDS, RETURNS, OR EXCHANGES on any products.

LOST/DAMAGED PRODUCTS

We are not responsible for the lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct address is given when you place your order. If tracking is showing that it was delivered and you didn't receive your product, contact USPS to file a claim, we will be happy to assist you with this. If your item is damaged during shipping, please take a picture of the damaged items and contact us immediately.

SHIPPING

S.I.N SELFCARE CO. accepts orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We ship orders Monday-Thursday (Summer Monday-Wednesday), excluding Holidays. Orders are processed in the order they are received and sent through USPS.

PROCESSING TIME

Processing order time is 1-3 days and delivery is 3-10 days (depending on USPS). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is being shipped.
